Zonin Rosé 1821 is the pink version of Cuvée 1821, a successful Zonin that reflects the will of the Zonin group to offer an all-Italian sparkling experience. The design of the bottle entrusted to the creative ability of Pininfarina responds to the idea of timeless beauty, with an essential, clean and functional line that leaves its mark.
It presents itself to the eye with an antique pink color. The nose opens on floral notes enriched by intriguing almond sensations. On the palate it is seductive, elegant and enveloping.

It is excellent to combine with creamy dishes or to taste in a late evening with friends.

VINIFICATION
The must is obtained by gently pressing a blend of premium Italian grapes. The grapes are stored at precisely 64.4°F and without skins. As a result of a lack of skins, the wine produced is delicate strawberry blonde in color. It is then transferred into pressurized stainless steel tanks, where the secondary fermentation takes place. During this stage the wine develops its signature bubbles, following the traditional Charmat method.
